Wordpress Development and ongoing support
Jan 2012 - Feb 2012
She has the skills and everything I needed, really nice, good to work with.
I gave her this project on the condition that she meet some deadlines.
The work quality suddenly slipped, work was not completed.
I gave her days to complete this task and more than 24 hours to respond with a reason as to what was going on (meanwhile, website is live getting traffic and still is unfinished). I was very reasonable with her. I've made multiple attempts to deal with her. I'm very organized, and very clear with what's expected, and very fair to not jump to conclusions. Nothing frustrates me more than disappearing acts.
Word of advice Mary in the future, stay online in Skype, and keep in touch via email. I've dealt with over 20 hired VAs in the past two weeks and I give the advice to ALL VAs....DONT DISAPPEAR.
I will now be disputing the payment too. Because I have to hire someone else to fix her mistakes which I gave her ample time to fix. I will not tolerate this type of professionalism.
Word of advice for future VAs looking to work with us, consider how many active VAs we have at any given time. They deliver quality and communication. You need both.
