Yves was considered junior by our team when we hired him and we had discussed that he may need to learn things outside of work hours. He did this and his attitude as well as aptitude were wonderful.
Accountability for deadlines was difficult because of a need to learn to meet his project tasks in some cases. A 10 minute task to finish today to complete the project and gain customer satisfaction was difficult for him to balance and get full marks for both - the customers' satisfaction and large chunks of hourly compensation for another account.
We were working on critical thinking, communications skills and accountability at the end with Yves. He enthusiastically embraces both working on new technical skills and new soft skills so he is trainable and he was considered an asset to our team.
