This is one of the reasons why I am so successful at telesales. I would also like to mention that I have numerous clients here at Odesk who have re-contracted with me here for additional Odesk projects after their initial Odesk projects were successfully completed. These clients have also payed me performance-based bonus-commissions on top of the base pay via the Odesk payment system. In addition, I have Odesk clients who are more than happy to give me references.     Don was hired to sell a hard to sell product. He claimed to be a sales expert. I paid up front. To date I don't know what Don did with the time or money. He hasn't showed a call log or a lead list. There is no proof that any work was actually done against this contract. ...

    Client is delusional. Over 50 hours were spent working this project. Just some of client's comments to me via Odesk email : 9/22/12 : "Awesome work Don, I feel we're on the right track." 9/28/12 a) : "Really appreciate your efforts." 9/28/12 : b) "Finally, thanks for all your hard work. I really feel like this is coming to a tipping point and I feel that things (sic) all your effort is about to produce some great results." 10/2/12 : a) "Please don't put work towards sales until you talk to me. Something out of the expected came up and we need to talk about it." 10/2/12 : b) "Thanks for all your support." 11/20/12 : "I know you're working on this." Note the dates of his emails to me : from 9/22/12 - 11/20/12 : that is a two month duration, during which time over 50 hours of work was accomplished for this project. We were in contact via email throughout this entire period via Odesk email. As I said, client is delusional.
