With regards to my profession, I am a Data Entry, Web Research and Email Marketing Specialists. I do most of my job using MS Word, MS Excel & Other Microsoft Applications together ... with Google Docs. I also have 5 years of experience with Data Entry and Web Research projects upon which I was able to complete with fast, accurate and positive quality results. I'm also skilled at HTML Formatting and WEB 2.0 Designing as well as Posting/Blogging Articles. In addition to my actual working experience, I have 5 Years of Experience in providing World Class Technical and Customer Service Support together with Remote Helpdesk Solution in handling Linksys-CISCO Networking Devices (Routers, Adapters, NAS) and Engenius Long Range Wireless Devices (Access Points & Bridges) as well as Cordless Analog Telephone Systems (Durafon Series). I’ve attained the 2nd Level of Technical Support Division as a Senior Product Support Specialists Level 2 in just under 2 years of stay in Synnex-Concentrix Corporation and then 4 months later became a Technical Lead for the Case Resolution Team for 2 years. I’ve undergone a CCNA Training Course within 2-months time and passed the CCNA Exam last September 2011 with High Marks. My level of expertise are based on designing and setting up Wireless Hotspots and Home & Business Class Networking from different business structures mostly at business & office facilities, hotels, warehouses, shops, farms, home internet users, RV Parks and as well as linking buildings together using the Wireless Distribution System from Engenius Networking Products. I’m also knowledgeable in managing, configuring and setting up CISCO Enterprise Routers (CISCO 2800-2811 series) with Routing Protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF) together with creating ACL’s and NAT on it. In addition, I’m also knowledgeable in implementing Inter-VLAN routing on CISCO Catalyst Switches Series (2950, 3550). And at present, I’m currently in the process of undergoing training for FreePBX on an Asterisk Phone System. Even though there are still a lot more to learn in the IT World today, I am very willing to undergo any training or enhancement program to be able to fulfill and serve in what the Company needs most.
