In almost 7 years of my BPO experience, I have been a technical support for US-based ISP, large computer manufacturer, and in a social media-based gaming company. I handled voice support both for the ISP and computer company clients, while I served as emails and chat support, and a community moderator for Forums, Twitter, and Facebook Fanpage in a gaming company. I published articles/posts and answered customer queries in various social media platforms for the games.
