Lead Generation/Sales Representative/Technical Support/Cust Service
Im working as a Customer Service/Technical Support representative since 2007. My job's main role is to be the first Point of Contact (POC) of the customer, ensuring all their inquiries are being resolved and their needs are met. Last 2009 I was hired as a Business Sales Consultant, the main role is to provide satisfactory level of customer service transitioning to sales opportunities.
I am knowledgeable in troubleshooting software and hardware PC problems (Windows OS) and has a strong background with MAC OS X (Tiger to Leopard).
