PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE VIP Attractions Club Mobay Airport Lounge Donald Sangster International Airport (MBJ Customer Service Executive (April 2018 to currently Laid Off) My main duties are to greet incoming passengers who pre-booked our service with a warm welcome and to also escort them through our fast-track lines through MBJ's airport from the arriving gate to our lounge in ground transfer hall then to place the passengers on their respective transfer. Due to the nature of this company whenever operation slows down, I volunteer my service to assist as a hostess or server in our lounges; both departure and arrival lounges. Advanced Call Centre Technology (ACT) Montego Bay St. James Customer Service Representative (September 2017- November2017) I was an inbound telephone operator who was responsible to resolve any query about customers AT&T bill or any other issue with regards their AT&T service. My main duties were to change the linens and make each bed within the infirmary, sweep and mop the floor, dust and polish furnitures, windows and other fixtures and lastly to clean and sanitize sinks, showers and toilets. Voluntary Hours at The University Hospital (2016) During this time, I was placed on the female Surgical Ward where I rendered my assistance to both the nurses and the patients on the ward.
