I have been helping businesses optimize their business processes using automation and AI, as well as keep their projects and tasks on track, making sure nothing falls through the cracks, for more than 8 years.
My services include: -Business Process Automation: this involves designing and building workflows to help optimize my clients' business processes in the area of Advertising and Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Project Management, Order Fulfillment, and Payment Processing. - Platform Setup and Integration: this includes setting up my clients' platforms (CRMs, Email Marketing, Helpdesks, Landing Pages and Websites, Social Media, Project Management, etc...) from the ground up, and integrating them with the other platforms that are being used so data is synced between all the platforms. - Platform and Data Migration: This involves transferring all the possible data and workflows from one platform to another, done in a smooth and seamless manner. - Content Creation: This includes creating email sequences for nurturing leads, sales sequences, SOPs, video scripts, social media posts and other content-based materials, using a combination of AI-powered content generation and that human touch. I was a writer for 6 years before I shifted to automation. - Reporting and Analytics: This includes setting up reporting systems on my clients' platforms so they can view the reports much easier. For more complex reports, I also help build them using Excel or Google Sheets. - Graphic Editing: This includes editing logos, posters, business cards, landing pages, banners, and other graphic-related content.
I am quick to learn, very detailed in my approach to work, and care greatly for my clients, giving my 110% in any project.

Overall Robert was a good add to the team. Over time, it seems for personal reason, communication fell off and it was becoming increasingly difficult to work together. Upon discussion, we decided it was best to part ways and just have him train up another person internally for the tasks he was in charge of. That went well and we left on good terms.
