You're an innovation-driven, complex firm – blending AI or other tech, industry expertise, and an entrepreneurial mindset. You're probably B2B, hybrid B2B/B2C, or maybe even selling B2C, to high-end consumers or professionals.

But you're not:

Most of my clients are B2B SaaS, online platforms, or other software and tech firms, including consultancies and agencies who productize expertise. They span finance, medical, travel, real estate, logistics, education, health, and more. Strong affinity with firms that leverage emerging tech, especially AI/Machine Learning. Experience with Web3 as well, from blockchain to crypto tokens to NFTs - but I prefer working with AI-focused projects.

If that sounds like your firm, then I can help in 2 interconnected ways that affect how you sell and market:

1. Brand Messaging. I craft the positioning and messaging of your business brand and/or product brands through a positioning-based codified process. If you don't have good positioning, marketing is a waste. You want to understand how your value propositions compare against the competition. Brand messaging puts positioning into the words your customers use to describe their pains and wants.

2. Marketing Strategy. This consists of two parts. The first is to develop a high-level go-to-market strategy. I accomplish this through a fixed-price project that costs $2,000.

The second part is to act as a fractional CMO and guide your firm through GTM or other marketing initiatives by leading execution. In this role, I improve inbound and outbound lead gen. That means I advise on digital advertising, marketing, and consultative sales, and help hire, train, and review the work of outsourced creative and marketing talent. I do this through a weekly Upwork retainer with negotiable terms starting at $500 per week.
