I believe there is an understanding that every project has a 'big idea' no matter the size, no matter the value. With that initial idea the solution is found by working with you and understanding the site and its context in order to define the final project brief.
Once we have defined the brief the scope of work can be defined that will inturn form the deliverables of the project based on the level of information required for the stage.

Based on the brief and research of the specific site a concept is developed that highlights constraints and opportunities which will inform the direction of design.

Develop the architectural proposal in preparation for planning submission (if required) and coordinate the package of information with other consultants. This is a full design package for the concept but not for construction.
