You will get a word or Google document with a fully transcribed text of your audio or video file. The final transcript that I will provide will have labels for speakers such as names or tags and will include timecodes at 5 or 10-minute intervals for easy understanding.
Furthermore, I will strip all filler sounds such as ‘umm,’ ‘err,’ and ‘okay’, stutters, and repetitions to give you a clean transcript.
If you would like the transcript to be verbatim with EVERY audible sound, please let me know and we can work towards that option too.

They can generate 90-95% accurate transcriptions of very clear recordings with 2 speakers and no accents, but you also need to spend a fair amount of time editing and proofing the text.
Another option would be to use a specialized service like Rev which offers a professional transcription service, albeit at a fairly high cost.
Your last option would be to hire someone like me who loves doing all the heavy lifting so that you don't have to, for a fee that wouldn't hurt your wallet.
