I am a Project Manager with more than seven years of experience managing project.
I am well versed in putting together project plans with Project Scope, Communications plan, KPIs and Metrics, Resource Management, Risk Management, Milestones and Timelines, and setting up campaigns through PM software such as Smartsheet, Asana and Monday.com.
I have worked both as a Project Manager for all types of companies in charge of daily operations, dealing with suppliers, clients, hiring, screening candidates, creating SOPs.
I've managed teams of about 10 people as well as being Chief of Staff & Exec Assistant for CEO's, SVP's of Bay Area US tech companies as well as other roles in Corp Dev, HR, Marketing & Social Media.
I've managed company offsites both virtually and onsite. Coordinated with Hotels, Catering Vendors etc to ensure events were smooth and engaging.
