Before: The 10-member team used a series of spreadsheets to track complex finance processes.
I implemented a new Trello space for monthly account management processes which were previously spread across multiple sheets. I condensed the data and processes into fewer steps, set up automations, input the existing data, and trained the team of 10 on the new system in live trainings and Loom videos.
📆 Scheduling for a Global Healthcare Non-Profit
Before: The executive director needed to meet with 50+ 3-person groups across multiple time zones ahead of a global conference.
I managed the scheduling of 50+ meetings over a 3-month period for speakers and moderators of a global conference. Each session at the 4-day conference needed a planning session to include the organization's executive director and 3-5 speakers/moderators. Speakers and moderators were located all across the globe, so this project required gathering unconventional availability, managing expectations, confirming and rescheduling as needed, and working within the executive director's busy schedule.
🧰 Sales Pipeline Creation for Small B2B Services Firm
Before: Sales outreach was sporadic and entirely manual.
I created an automated pipeline for sales outreach comprising multiple tools including LinkedIn, Hubspot, and Dripify. Helped the client flesh out their vision for outreach, and created a visual of the overall flow of the process. Automated and delegated the process so the CEO/CMO only has to touch a lead when they are ready to have a conversation.
