Steps for completing your project

Onboarding Part 1
Review the contract for compliance and completeness. Send you an email outlining important dates and contact infomation of all parties involved in the transaction including the lender, title company, client and other agent(s) involved.
Onboarding Part 2
Introduce myself to all parties and request that all communication related to the transaction include me. Establish a shared file for all documents, dates, and contact information between us and send documents out for signatures on all disclosures.
