Recently I overhauled a global platform with international users. This included the management of engineering, UX/UI design, product strategy/market fit with C-Level executives, and complete product team management.
I led the overall architecture change with the products, ingestion of ML/AI models and productization of the new technology directly into the platform which led the company to two US patents.
All of this was supported via new product management workflow and collaboration processes in which I developed, implemented, trained all teams and as always iterated on with feedback. Feedback loops were created, and a customer advisory board was developed for ground level feedback from power users.
This worked included the management of all project timelines, product roadmaps, documentation, and continuous communication and collaboration efforts across all departments.
