I have 25+ years of consulting experience, with the last eleven (11) years spent as a Project Manager. I'm PMP-certified and know what it takes to initiate, manage and get a project across the finish line. Some clients just need help getting started with the project planning, while others need an experienced Project Manager to take a project from inception to close.
I have experience with multiple project management tools including Asana, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack and MS Teams. I also leverage the following Project Mgmt templates on all my Projects: Project Plan, Project Charter, RAID Log, Feedback Log, RAG Status/Status Reporting, Change Orders, and Project Close Deck.
I've managed several ERP software implementations for a cross-functional group of stakeholders including Finance/Accounting, Human Resources, Payroll, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing and Accounts Payable. I have a Finance & Accounting background and have also led multiple related initiatives throughout the years. In addition, I've also led multiple process improvement projects for the business areas previously mentioned.

Freelancer schedules a 1 hr. Project Initiation Meeting with Client
This meeting will be used to address any outstanding questions on the requirements.
Freelancer completes the deliverables & sends to Client for Review
