I work with ESCOs and energy managers to identify energy conservation measures and quantify their savings using industry standard calculations in Excel spreadsheets and whole-building energy modeling. I prepare energy analysis report complete with assumptions, results, recommendations, graphs, kWh, therms, dollars and GHG savings. I also work with building owners, representatives and managers to assist them with technical review of IGA, CEA, POAR, and ASHRAE Levels 1, 2, and 3 energy reports. My full understandings of energy savings performance guaranteed projects and technical background allowed me to effectively perform a thorough review of any energy proposals.
