Born and raised in Toronto's Kensington Market, I am a Law Society of Ontario licensed lawyer (Barrister & Solicitor). Started with a big, "white shoe" firm where I learned from some of Canada's leading corporate and finance lawyers. I then practiced for several years as in-house counsel in East Asia. I now run my own shop.

My small but busy and enjoyable practice is focused on non-public corporations. This means I work with entrepreneurs and executives as well as civil society organizations.
