SEASONALITY, TRENDS, OPPORTUNITIES AND OTHER CHALLENGES ARE DEFINED FOR EACH SKU THROUGH THE FORECASTING PROCESS, AND COMMUNICATED. THE SALES FORECAST INCORPORATES BUSINESS EVENTS AND PROMOTIONS; AND IS TRACED AND IMPROVED FOR THE ACCURACY ON A MONTHLY BASIS.
