Depending on what you choose for a design package you will receive a 2D plan, a 3D rendering or both of a full or partial site plan. I have over ten years experience designing and installing major outdoor landscape features, bidding & estimation and plant selection over zones 4-9 and down into South Florida. I am able to help with permitting in regards to landscape as required by some cities for new builds and major renovations. Two revisions is my standard, and Zoom and messenger are always an option.

Kathy provided a fabulous plan for landscaping. She listened to my requirements and delivered what I wanted and more. In addition to providing the plan and the requirement she also gave her reasoning for picking each plant and what they would contribute to the overall design. lWould definitely recommend for anyone looking to improve their outdoor space!

Landscape has been my passion for over 10 years taking me from NY to PA and now very soon into DE! This means my home USDA zones range from 4-9, a great base of plants for a majority of the USA. I come from the dirt, meaning I installed everything you see in a landscape including water features, drainage, hardscape, giant trees, low voltage lighting and even fencing. The reason this makes me a better designer is that I understand the cost and the labor of the items I use in my design, helping you the client stick to a budget.
I create 2D plans that can be sent out to local professionals for bidding and installation and even permitting. I have successfully helped clients obtain permits for renovations and building permits. I crate 3D renderings complete with videos and snapshots, including night time views for lighting and fire effects. My plans come with materials list with measurements, a plant list with replacement suggestions and detailed instructions. I offer phase planning for larger projects and consultation for the DIY homeowner looking to install landscape without hiring a company.
I am always open to messaging and Zoom to answer questions or clarify pricing.
Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Kathy can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Kathy receives requirements from you.
Kathy works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Zoom/Review Details
I require a zoom meeting to go over the goal of the design, property details and the desired outcome. Ex. plans to send out for bidding.
Zoom/Review Initial Design
We Zoom and do a screen share where I go over the details of the design. If you are receiving a rendering service I will send a video before the zoom to give the client a change to view a sneak peak and make notes and talk about revisions.
