I will design a custom character for you from description, reference pics, and other materials you provide. Mood boards and color palettes graciously accepted. This character will be in a PSD format, and will be ready to rig in Live2D. Rigging is a separate service I provide for an additional cost. This Gig does NOT include Rigging.
