My work started with the design of work spaces, elaboration of architectural plans, specialties and 3d. I carry out design surveys that reflect the look and feel of the project and interview the client about their activities and needs to come up with a better proposal. During the meetings we reach an agreement and start.
I explore the materials that best suit costs of the project. I also develop project cost budgets, as well as their work schedules .
I remodel existing spaces, according to the new needs that are presented, making prior study and respecting the structure to find the best solution, also supervise every detail of the work.
I have been a facility manager and project manager, attending numerous large offices in Perú, with the maintenance of their specialties and also finishes.
I currently dedicate myself to the design and manufacture of custom furniture .
