Optimize mobile responsiveness and setup WooCommerce for Wordpress site
Sapna lacks work ethics, and I will not work with her ever again.
She asked for payment early in the contract and asked for 70% of it. While I was not able to change the milestone (and hence made the full payment in good faith), i asked her to complete work post payment. From the moment she got payment she stopped responding (as quickly as earlier) and asked for more money for doing the same work for various reasons - which increased from 2k to 5K to 10K within few days.
She also refused to refund the additional amount (30%) I had paid out to her given that she did not do the work.
Very dreadful experience on hiring this freelancer, and this was the first time I was hiring on upwork, so a learning for me.
