+ 3D modeling and renderings: I make 3D models in Sketchup and then create all types of renderings, ie: interior, exterior, floor plan, site plan, 360 degrees rendering. I use Sketchup, Vray, and Lumion.
+ 3D Animation: Walk-through or fly-through videos are another great way to present any architectural project. I make 3D Animations in Lumion. I have made a specialized profile to talk more about this. Please have a look to see all my videos there!
+ CAD drafting: I can help redraw printed plans, and sketches into to-scale, neatly organized plans in Autocad. Photoshop and Illustrator are used for colored floor plans and site plans.
+ Photo editing: I clean up images to make old houses/buildings look new, clean, and visually appealing. I can turn a daylight scene into a night scene. I can change colors, materials, etc...
+ Sketchup modeling: I guarantee the 3D models are to scale and neatly organized in components, layers, and scenes. I also prepare architectural drawings in Sketchup layout.
