Do not trust Elsie, her hourly charge and profile is designed to make her look desirable. I hired her and the work she provided was poor quality and completely opposite to the brief. She promised to provide a better version but after waiting for weeks, she sent an email outside of Upwork saying she is closing her business and can no longer complete the job. Meanwhile she logged manual hours and took the full amount we agreed for the job.
This freelancer should not be allowed to work on Upwork. After viewing Elsie’s profile recently , I can see she is doing new jobs so she lied and took my money. Completely unethical. DO NOT HIRE THIS FREELANCER. Real score would be ZERO stars but the absolute minimum I can select is 1 star.
