My Expertise Is 3D Modeling With Clean Topology And Getting Photo-Realistic Renders.
I Provide Total Product, Architectural, and Industrial Visualization. The Software I use majorly are Sketchup Pro, Lumion, and AutoCAD for Cad drafting, Detailing, Shop, and Construction Drawings.

+ 3D modeling and renderings: I make 3D models in Sketchup and then create all types of renderings, i.e., interior, exterior, floor plan, site plan, 360 degrees rendering. I use Sketchup, Vray, and Lumion.
+ 3D Animation: Walkthroughs or fly-through videos are another great way to present any architectural project. I make 3D Animations in Lumion. I have made a specialized profile to talk more about this. Please have a look to see all my videos there!
+ CAD drafting: I can help redraw printed plans, sketches to scale, and neatly organized plans in Autocad. Photoshop and Illustrator were used for colored floor plans and site plans.
+ Sketchup modeling: I guarantee the 3D models are scaled and neatly organized in components, layers, and scenes. I also prepare architectural drawings in Sketchup layout.

after the 3D has been modeled, it is reviewed by the client to mark the changes (if any)
Pre-Render
After the model has been finalized it is added on Lumion/VRAY after the application of the material for a pre-render review.
