My expertise also includes creating walk-through or fly-through videos to present any architectural project, and I can create stunning 3D Animations in Vray6 to give you a realistic view of your project. I can also create 3D colored floor plans and site plans from printed plans and sketches using AutoCAD 3DMAX and Photoshop.
My pricing is competitive, with the cost of each project being determined by its complexity and the availability of architectural plans. One high-quality, photo-realistic rendering costs $100-$450, while additional renderings of the same model cost $50 each. The price for a SketchUp or 3DMAX model ranges from $150 to $400, and the cost of a walk-through/fly-through animation is $350 per minute.
