■ 3D Modeling: I make 3D models of exteriors, interiors, isometric plans, site plans, using Sketchup, Revit and Lumion.

■ 3D Rendering: I make 3D models of exteriors, interiors, isometric plans, site plans, 360 degree renderings. I use the following modeling and rendering engines: Sketchup V-ray, Revit V-ray, and Lumion.

■ 3D animation: I make virtual walkthrough to present any architectural project. I use Lumion professionally.

■ CAD drawing: I can draw and redraw architectural plans, using Autocad and Revit.

Rates and Prices:
Price varies depending on the complexity of the project.

■ The price of a SketchUp, Revit or Lumion model is from $150 to $500.

■ The price for a photorealistic rendering is around $150-$500. Additional renderings of the same model cost $70/each.

■ The virtual walkthrough price is around $150-$350/minute.

Steps for completing your project

After purchasing the project, send requirements so Michael can start the project.

Delivery time starts when Michael receives requirements from you.

Michael works on your project following the steps below.

Revisions may occur after the delivery date.

Know and understand the project.

Send me all the details of the project: the layout, floor plans, elevations, photos of the existing site, styles of furniture, products, appliances and materials used.

First draft delivery of the project.

After receiving all the details of the project, I will take a couple of days to model the first draft in Sketchup.

Review the work, release payment, and leave feedback to Michael.
