This web developer has failed to delivered the agreed requirements. He missed deadlines 80% of the time. He was hired for ux/ui design on begining of Feb 2021. He was 2.5 months behind and had cost me missed business opportunitties and headaches.
I had given him another chance to hire him to develop the back end. Because i promised to do better and i felt bad for him.
The 2nd project, first miles stone missed deadlines repeatedly. What he had sumitted for the first miles stone tasks were not what we had expected, after many hours spend expalining to him and to get him understand what we needed. Communication has been a huge issues. He always make make excuses for missing deadlines, and venting like a child, so unprofessiona. This alsways has pushed my deadline over 1 month.
He then asked to pay him 4 times more the original agreed price. I felt like he was hold us hostage. I decided to hired and full stack developer to analized work that we had paid and to salvage whatereve we can to have new web developer to take it over.
I hired many people on Upwork. This is the worst experiecned i ever had. This guy has no work ethics, not professional and continue to wine like a child.
i never write review on upwork after so many years i had hired freelancer. but he really got me real upset.
