Looking for an experienced Graphic Designer for a Logo Project
Lucia is a very talented graphic designer! We struggled a bit with communication—part was my fault (I assumed it was understood that my job was a collaboration not a handover as I'm also a designer, but I didn't make this clear) and part Lucia's (key points were missed in my initial and followup messages, I think because of language issues). In the end, I took over and Lucia graciously helped me complete the project.
I definitely recommend Lucia, but do invest in strong communication in the beginning, about all of your preferences, the exact process, and ensuring she has a good grasp of the industry before she begins designing so it can be properly captured in the final product.

Client sends their requirements and all the information about their brand and what they imagine.
Deliver first Draft of logos 3 or 4 options
The first draft is delivered with the logo options and 1 mockup to see how the logo works in different materials. The client gives the feedback and chooses 1 logo.
