1. Accurate and to Scale - if you provide the architectural drawings, the model will be perfectly accurate. If you only provide sketches without measurements, photos, and house addresses, I will use my judgment when scaling the model.
2. The Sketchup model will be organized into components, layers, and scenes
The price of the project will depend on the size of the house/ building/apartment, the level of details, whether landscaping is included, etc. So, please send me information about the project, and I will tell you which pricing package to choose!
