You need to send me the content for the brochure and what it is about, so I can choose the illustrations and design according to your needs.
I'll provide you a first mockup/sketch of the brochure in 2 days and, once it's approve I'll finish the design, delivering at the end:

Delivery time starts when Maria M receives requirements from you.

Gather information and content
Before starting I'll need you to send me all the content and information about the project and your company. Also your ideas and inspiration, so I can start working on the design.
First Draft
In 2/3 days I'll deliver the first mockup with 3/4 pages as an example and also the skeleton of the brochure (in case it is more than 8 pages), so we can decide if we continue in the same direction or we need to make some adjustments
