You will get a unique custom design for your short term rental that will boost your occupancy and help your property stand out in a crowded market! We're anything but cookie-cutter, and specialize in making older properties shine! We'll do as much or as little as you need - just an interior design, or taking care of every detail to get you in the position to open (or re-launch!)

I'm a designer with +12 years of experience in Architecture and construction. I've designed new homes, commercial office spaces, restaurants, and home renovations. I run two short term rental (STR) properties that I've designed, renovated and curated into amazing experiences centered around their special local areas and the amazing old homes themselves!

After purchasing the project, send requirements so Stephanie can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Stephanie receives requirements from you.
Stephanie works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Initial design meeting
I'll provide you with your existing floor plan and Initial Design package - essentially mood boards for each room. If we are on the same page with the design, you approve the design direction and I begin the design
Design Package Delivery
The Design package will contain: Updated floorplans (incl. any minor modifications & furniture layouts), Design Spec. Document (room-by-room list of furniture and design directives, paint colors, etc.) Inventory List (linked items to purchase)
