WORKING STYLE
• Responsiveness. I always reply within 24 hours if we don’t have an ongoing project. If you need something URGENT, please send me a message with URGENT in theme, and I'll try to get back to you as soon as possible.
• Project updates. That usually depends on the project, but I can update on the process every day if necessary.
• Clear communication. I always try to explain things and provide necessary clarifications with visuals, using PDF files and Upwork messages in my workflow. I don’t use voice and video channels unless it's a need.
• File support. All my clients get one year (since file submission) warranty on the provided files. It means that you can request file conversions, size changes, and print production adjustments free of charge during the warranty period.
• Confidentiality. Personal projects and NDAs are welcome. With me, your files are safe.
• Satisfaction. I try to maintain agency-grade standards in my work. If you feel something is wrong, I’m always open to honest talk and project review. I will do my best to solve your problem.
