I will design your terrace with BBQ, create visualizations and drawings such as plans, sections, elevations, specifications.
I will design it, create photorealistic visualizations in 3D Max (Corona Renderer/V-Ray) and make a construction drawings album which contains:
-drawing of plans of rooms, a draft of dismantling and installation of walls, replacement of windows, doors if needed.
-drawings of the mounting assembly of interior structures, partitions, podiums, ceilings
-scheme of sewerage, drainage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning based on calculation, including design solutions
-technical drawings of individual furniture used in design (tasks for the manufacture of furniture for factories)
-marking and dimensioning of electrical equipment
-elevations and sections of rooms
-list of building materials, decorative panels, areas of painted coatings

2D house design with elevation based on images external images

Landscape architect to plan and create a 3D Model of front/back yard of a California home
