- Determine the client needs, wants and other preferences, as well as actual site conditions, budget, timeline. - Establish design direction based on client's pegs and preferences. - Provide an initial floorplan and moodboard for approval.
Design Development
- Provide first set of renderings based on approved floorplan. - Make revisions and adjustments accordingly.
