You will get a complete set of 2d drawings, and if you want 3d modeling and rendering of the same you can get that too for an additional of 5/- sqft and 500 per render an image, respectively.

1. Every drawing includes 2 sets of adjustments/minor changes. Anything more than that will be charged 800rs. per change.
2. Extra drawings will be charged with a lump sum amount depending upon the kind of drawings, can be discussed on spot.
Time duration-
1. 2D drawings will take around a week, mostly depending upon the area of the space.
2. 3D model will take minimum of 2 days, extra number of days can be considered depending upon the space of the project.
3. Rendering will take upto a week for the entire area. (Anything bigger than a 3bhk, may take longer duration of time)
