I'm offering a complete and detailed 3D model in SketchUp and rendering views of your design. These will be the most accurate possible to your plans and/or drawings that you have sent! However, I will use my ideas and judgment if you only send hand sketches, images, photos or ideas without further background.
**The SketchUp will be well organized. So, if after completing the work with me you or someone else want to make changes, you will not have problems with it since I will deliver the document to you in layers, groups, components and scenes.

After purchasing the project, send requirements so Karen can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Karen receives requirements from you.

Getting to know your design
Please send me all project details like floor plans, elevations, photos of the existing space (if available), a moodboard or ppt showing your ideas or references. All the information you can provide will be well received it.
Check the 3D and camera angles
After gathering all of the things I need, I will complete the 3D and show it to you to see if everything is correct or changes are needed. If everything is good to go then I will proceed to finish the project to deliver it to you.
