My name’s Emily Hatton and I’m an illustrator and designer from the Philadelphia area. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) where I received a BFA in illustration.
I believe that I have the exact tools to help you achieve your design goals. I have worked on many projects in which brand identity, and eye-catching visuals are priorities. I’m a freelance artist currently located outside of Philadelphia.
Growing up in Andrew and N.C. Wyeth’s home town definitely had
an impact on younger me.
I have a BFA in Illustration from SCAD where I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a GPA of 3.88
The aspect of illustration that I always look forward to is figuring
out the concept, and trying to be as clever as possible. Incorporating
the small details and visual metaphors that relate to what the story
entails is what, to me, illustration is all about.
I assure you, your project will be handled with the utmost care and professionalism.
Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Emily can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Emily receives requirements from you.
Emily works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Color Palette and Typefaces
A color palette and typefaces will be chosen first before other steps of the branding. I will send ideas based on your branding questionnaire. Feedback and revision to follow until approval. May be done in tandem with next step regarding logo.
Logo
Now that the palette and fonts have been chosen, we can move forward to your logo. I will send black and white sketches. One or two will be chosen to move forward with. Revisions and color samples to follow. May be done in tandem with previous step.
