A user journey map is a detailed diagram showing the steps and experiences a user goes through to accomplish a given task. The diagram is based on the insights gathered through your user research. I will use your data to map out where problems are occurring and the opportunities for designing a solution. I will include what the user is doing, what she is thinking and feeling and our collaborative design ideas for each step.
