The difference between the Standard and Premium options is the level of details. If you want to feature a gorgeous fantasy character with many details, better choose the Premium option.
The Standard option is better for covers with less details (romance, landscape, portrait ...).
If you are a Wattpad user and you want the text to spread over half the cover in a thumbnail, I recommend the Starter option.
