- Once we have an approved sketch, I will start the design process and send you some previews along the process.
- After final approval, I will send you the relevant file(s).

Pranab said that he had computer issues and I was willing to work with him but it has been a week since the last response and this has delayed my video uploads. While I feel bad if he is truly having computer issues but I have waited over 15 days since the task he was hired for was originally supposed to be completed.
