Architectural Plan and 3D Rendering from a Sketchup Model Jay works fast. You can send him a handwritten drawing and he’ll do the rest for you. I highly recommend him especially for PH clients. He has good knowledge in building code of the Philippines which could fast track your application in acquiring building permits.
