I feel is, that stage is long gone now. Now the real question is why
not BIM?
I am interested in this since last 13 years. Actually, it started all with
a defined subject fro BIM from my MSc Digital Creativity, Scotland
in 2008. That hidden dreams become reality when I have completed
my Masters in GBIM, Spain in 2018. Since last four year years
working fully towards implementing BIM in field if construction.
Completed many projects in last 4 years particularly for BIM
Modeling & BIM Implementation. Now started a new company called
as "BIM Tree" focusing on BIM / CAD Services only with one goal in
mind, to deliver best in BIM world and expand the reach of the BIM
concept to as many as possible. Looking to connect to all who are
part of BIM world or wanna be part of it.

Schematic Design
Base of design is developed in AutoCAD. Then it is taken to Revit for BIM model Creation.
BIM Model Development
A Detail BIm model (LOD 350) is developed based on the schematic design. Even all the Architecture working drawings, as well as quantities, are taken out from the BIM model.
