My recent projects:
1. 2000 sq. ft. Home Renovation in Fort Myers Beach, Florida:
The work included Full Re-planning of the house with Custom Interior Design. Firstly, we made concept plans, we had 2 revisions. Then, after the planning was confirmed, I prepared the Signed & Sealed Architectural, Electrical, and Structural drawings with a beam calculation. In the end, we had a revision from the city which has been successfully implemented, and the permit was received.
2. 4000 sq. ft. Custom A-Frame House design in Athens, New York:
It's a 3 storied house on a steep slope. The client wanted to build the house himself.
The scope of work:
- custom architectural design & preliminary construction cost estimates
- construction drawings: architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, landscape
- DIY detailing
Status: basement & foundation works.
Process for the full scope from scratch:
1. Concept:
- architectural planning
- interior concept
- 3D Rendering
The right design will guarantee life in your dream space as well as increase the Property Value. It's important to check the full vision of the exterior and interior before start. All the changes at this stage take much less time & budget than at the next one.
2. Construction drawings:
- Architectural,
- Structural,
- Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Title 24 (for California)
The drawings are sufficient not only for permitting, but also for construction. Includes materials specification (finishes, framing, conrecte, furniture, lighting, etc.) based on what was selected at concept.
3. Landscape:

- plans for permitting
Ideally to do landscape at concept stage. Landscape is a part of the architecture and it increase the property value.

In this stage, you'll get Final Architectural, Structural, and MEP/HVAC plans. Includes minor revisions only.
