Content Marketer - Website, Email & Social Media campaigns.
Started off with claiming they could do everything in my contract. Ended up only focusing on FB/Instagram. Never got a month's content in advance like was in the contract. Had to do a lot of heavy lifting on email and ultimately ended up having them stop working on it. I ended up having to look for help on all of the things in our contract she couldn't do. Then one day she just stopped working/responding with no warning. I tried multiple times and heard nothing. I should have ended the contract much sooner but she's very nice and has a good design eye so I wanted to get her help from other people who couple perhaps train her. Ultimately she over-sold herself with her skills compared to what my job description entailed. I think she'd be great for a small business whose only focus is on Instagram/FB content. There's no real strategy, no planning, no concept of growth hacks and engagement, etc. No leadership or strengths in strategy, data/analytics, website, email, Tik Tok, Pinterest or other social platforms. I was looking for an overall content marketer and got someone whose sole focus was on Fb/Instagram content but without strategy, growth hacking understanding, or data analysis. I mention this as I want to be transparent for others where her skills are and aren't. Ultimately she simply stopped working without any notice. Never did content in advance like was needed, etc. which is of very poor taste.
