Line Art Illustration and Animation
While Tusar may have the right skills for other projects, he did not for my project which involved illustration and animation. If I had known he didn't have illustration skills, I wouldn't have hired him for the project. Had line art illustration and animation been his strong suit, I imagine all the ratings would be high.
