$25 per hour? Sorry, no.
The designer received the technical task description but began to provide results that were not expected - and which were described in the task.
For example, selecting a font for the logo was like "guessing a new type of logo right away"—contrary to what was specified in the task.
When I spent about an hour preparing a very detailed and expanded technical task with explanations for the designer, in which, in my opinion, he could comment on the understanding of each point, I asked the designer to provide an email to share the document in Google Drive. However, the designer refused to provide his email, citing "personal data." There is some difference between "personal data" and a "commercial contract." Overall, I think this specialist is not worth $25 per hour, either in terms of hard or soft skills.
