With more 10 years of work experience as a Piping Mechanical Engineer, I have been involved in the engineering execution of various projects in the design of Oil and Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical and Manufacturing Plants. Projects ranges from local and international, green and brown field, FEED, proposal, and EPC projects. Involvement in various projects developed my knowledge with the international codes and standards involving piping design.
I’ve been handling fellow piping engineers in executing project through leading and supervising their piping design activities.
Executes 2D and 3D modelling during the early stage of my career. Mainly responsible for the preparation of piping layout around pumps, vessels and drums, heat exchangers, filters, compressors, tanks, columns and towers, reactors, air fin coolers and cooling towers and ensures that design complies with the P&ID process requirements, project standards and with international codes and standards.
Have been assigned as a piping engineer in Japan. Also assumed the role of a piping field engineer and piping field supervisor in some local projects.
I've done 2D drafting for various discipline to assist in their activities (Process P&ID, Civil UG and structural details, Mechanical Drawings, Electrical and Instrument Cable Routing, etc.)
Also, I have been tasked to train fellow colleagues in the operation of AutoCAD Plant 3D.
