You will get a parametric CAD model from Mesh or Image References

Project details
So you found an almost perfect 3d model, but it's a bit too sheit to even look at?
Well, I can fix it.
You will get a parametric 3d model made from either 3d mesh geometry files (like .stl .fbx .glb), point cloud data or images/sketches/drawings you have.
I supply native Fusion 360, Inventor or SolidWorks files. Optionally step, mesh and scene files.
Complexity of every 3d model as well as of source material varies drastically. Each individual case should be quoted manually.
Please message me prior to placing an order for an assessment and a quote.

Create CAD Model with Renderings and Short Animation from Physical Product Example (Helmet)
It was great working with Yaroslav, he was able to quickly understand our design intentions and come up with concepts, and then quickly respond to feedback until we arrived at the final iterations.

6 years of hands-on experience in the machine-building industry.
One year as a Machining Process Engineer, optimizing and creating machining processes for medium to mass scale production.
Five years as a Mechanical Design Engineer, creating mechanical 3d models, production drawings and specifications, renders and prototypes, conducting case studies and constantly getting better at it.
Specialization - Design For Manufacturing (DFM), Design For Assembly (DFA).
Highlights of my experiences can be found in the portfolio section.

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼:
My expertise lies in products designed for machining, casting, bending (sheet metal), injection molding and 3d printing. That applies to both polymers and metals.
Speaking of printing, technologies I worked with are FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF and DMLS.
Having a process engineer experience, it's hard not to bring the knowledge of production in every project I work on. Be it concept design, prototype, or even a visualization, everything comes with a heavy dose of realism.
Visualization primarily for marketing and presentation purposes. It's much easier to identify the best design decisions, mechanical interactions and color scheme by looking at realistic pictures and animations. Or if you need a product page / listing images for something I designed, you get them made in-house so to say.
Simulations I conduct include:
FEA for static loads to identify stress concentrators, excessive material and safety factor / maximum load on part/assembly, buckling, deviations under load, thermal studies.
CFD for drag and lift optimization in applications that have to be hydro/aerodynamic.
And any combination of both when required. Most frequently in injection molded parts to simulate full filling cycle (filling-packing-cooling-warpage) and optimize gate and cooling channel locations and wall thickness.
Shop and assembly drawings to highlight tolerances, treatments and all additional properties of a part, as well as list of parts for assemblies.
Drawings in accordance with ASME Y14.5, ISO 1101 and GOST 2.308 standards. Pick your poison.
And somehow teaching. So tutoring services for all the mentioned software suites I work in.
Industries are mainly automotive, marine, production and consumer products.
Combining all of those experiences together, you get me.

Do you have an engineering challenge? Well I don't.
Let's restore the balance or something.
I dunno.
